The PROCESS CREATOR program allows you to define business processes according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and demonstrate to certification bodies that you meet those requirements.

The program has been designed by qualified consultants and auditors to guide companies in the implementation and maintenance of a business management system that complies with the main international reference standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, etc.) ; regardless of these standards, however, it can be used simply to improve one's internal organization since it encourages the application of "best practices" in a simple and guided way.

The structure of the program is intuitive and makes it easy even for non-experts to use and in particular to prepare the evidence of compliance required during certification audits. Companies that already have a management system can easily link and use existing documents if they see fit.

The program allows you to determine your business processes and, for each of them, the sequence of activities inherent in the process, inputs and outputs, monitoring criteria, resources and responsibilities.

at any time you can have guides in the form of links that support you in making choices so that the result fully conforms to the auditors' expectations (what processes to identify, what detail of activities to define, ect.

We guarantee that the program, when filled out correctly in its sections, is compliant with the requirements of the ISO management systems standards without the need to create additional documents or specific procedures; simply follow the program's directions.

The program is part of the Smartpackage Suite that enables integrated management of every requirement of the major ISO management system standards. Smartpackage consists of several modules that can also be purchased separately, but you can add a module at any time and benefit from a single database. If required, the program can be installed with a fully customized database after meeting with one of our experienced Consultants.

The software is kept continuously updated and is able to ensure compliance with the standards in their most recent version.

The subscription contract entered into with the purchase of this item entitles you to annual updating of the database with particular reference to the lists of preloaded items; based on feedback we have had with clients in fact we periodically update these lists in order to provide you with an ever increasing level of accuracy and flexibility.

The contract is understood to be tacitly renewed each year unless terminated by the customer provided in accordance with the GTU (see below).

The support contract ensures the resolution of computer problems related to new installations or other problems (software technical support) and usage assistance.

The programs provided remain the exclusive property of Solver, including full and partial intellectual property of the product.

The purchase of this item includes:

- the license to use the process Creator software for the duration of the contract i.e. 12 months from purchase
- remote assistance in case of software malfunction until the problem is resolved
- access to updated online guides for the duration of the contract
- remote consulting regarding the use of the software
- the right to request free installation of each new software release and subsequent installation assistance if needed

The article does not include advice regarding the "management content" of the software nor the installation of new versions if they include functionality that is significantly different from the previous one.
