On our platform www.solver.store you can find thousands of items, about 30% of which are free of charge. Each item corresponds to a software program, a deliverable or a specialized service provided by our consultants and auditors.
The software can be downloaded from the site or offered via internet (Saas).
Deliverables are documents in the form of models prepared by our consultants to meet specific legal or regulatory requirements (e.g. Emergency Plan).
Services are consulting, training or auditing activities.
There are many ways to find what you are looking for:
1) User registration: if you have registered and chosen the country and sector you are interested in (e.g. Italy, Construction), you will find “My solutions” in the menu at the top: click to access the list of articles for YOUR country and YOUR sector.
2) Service finder: using the service finder on the home page you can search for articles according to the Country/Region, the Sector, the Area of intervention required, and the Type of intervention required (see below for the list of Areas and Types of intervention)
3) Search bar: you can type in keywords or, if you know it, the code of the article.
4) “Our solutions” (top menu): by clicking on the images below the service finder or by browsing the top menu you can find the articles corresponding to your choice.
Once you have found the article, read the text to find out more about the service/software/document and, if you wish, follow the purchase procedure until you reach the end; if you want, you can contact us for any further information you may require about our company or the articles. We also invite you to read our Conditions of sale and use.
Once the purchase procedure is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and another with the invoice. If you have purchased subscription products, you will also receive a subscription confirmation. If you have purchased software or a downloadable deliverable, as soon as you have made the payment you will receive an email to download the product (immediately in the case of free software).
In general, payments must be made within 30 days of purchase and the item is made available after payment; as soon as payment is received, the product will be made available to you.
Consulting, training and auditing services may require an offline phase to define the content of the service; if a personalized offer is shared, it can be mentioned during the purchase procedure so that it becomes a contractual document.
Similarly, if your internal procedures require the formalization of a contract according to your standards, you can mention this in the purchasing procedure; this document will be explicitly considered as prevailing over any description of items on the site.
