ISO 9001 maintenance Advisory package - Mini

The maintainance of the ISO 9001 certification is subject to a periodical surveillance visit performed by the external certification body.

It is required to give the demonstration that all the requirements are fully applied over the years by specific evidences, records and interview with the employees.

A support of qualified consultants is often a good idea to minimize the risks of major deviation and to reduce the charge of internal resources.

The compliance of the QMS requires to perform an internal audit carried out by a trained auditor; our Advisor are qualified as "third part auditor" by the most important international certification body.

This article includes:

- tutoring of Quality Manager during the duration of the contract by remote support to the definition, implementation and verification of targets and improvement programs, analysis of issues of the previous certification audit, updating of QMS documentation,management review, etc. if required
- drawing up of the Audit program and Audit plans according to the internal involved Fonctions
- internal audit focused on the ISO 9001 requirements (max 3 days on site)
- Audit Report including the scope, the evidences, the issues, the results (major nonconformity, minor nonconformity, opportunity for improvement) and the corrective action proposal in case of nonconformity
- Assistence with certification body (except the participation to the external audit)
- Remote support until the certification body audit included the assistance to define the corrective action required if any
- the travelling costs in Switzerland.

The duration is limited to 4 days on site max. Tasks will be agreed in detail with the relevant internal Fonction on the basis of a Planning of the works suggeste by our Advisor. The remote support solutions will be preferred as far as possible without prejudice to the effectiveness of the tasks performed.

This article DO NOT include:
- the participation of the external audit
- the costs from Swizerland to any site abroad
