Smartpackage annual subscription

Smartpackage software has been jointly designed by experienced consultants and qualified auditors to guide companies in the implementation and maintenance of a business management system that complies with the main international reference standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) ; regardless of these standards, however, it can simply be used to improve one's internal organization since it encourages the application of “best practices” in a simple and guided way.

The software is kept continuously updated and is able to ensure compliance with the standards in their most recent version.

The license entitles you to an annual update of the database with particular reference to the lists of preloaded items; based on feedback we have had with clients in fact we periodically update these lists in order to provide you with an ever increasing level of accuracy and flexibility.

The license and the associated support contract are understood to be tacitly renewed each year unless terminated by the customer provided in accordance with the CGVUs (see below).

The support contract ensures the resolution of computer problems related to new installations or other problems (software technical support) and the customization of parameters according to the Customer's needs within the limits of the software's functionality (e.g., new parameters, customized printouts, etc.).

The programs provided remain the exclusive property of Solver, including full and partial intellectual property of the product.

The purchase of this item includes:

- the annual license to use the Smartpackage suite for the duration of the contract i.e. 12 months from the order

- remote assistance in the event of software malfunction

- remote consulting regarding the use of the software

- the right to the sending of each new software release (depending on the purchased configuration), within the limits of the subscription duration

The article does not include advice regarding the “management content” of the software nor the installation of new versions if they include functionality that is significantly different from the previous one.
