Certification body's auditors may not be familiar with your specific "language" and may not easily find the objective evidence that is needed to demonstrate your management system's compliance with the requirements.

Similarly, your staff may not be familiar with the ISO 9001 terms and the working practices of certification audits.

- n. 1 hour at your premises or remotely by a qualified consultant (CV available) for ISO 14024 who is also a qualified auditor for certification bodies in your industry or service sector .
