Here’s how you can download and use the programs purchased on our portal; remember that only registered users can download programs or documents. To register, click HERE.
BUY THE PROGRAM
- 1) Complete the purchase procedure on www.solver.store; you will receive two emails at the address provided during registration: one for order confirmation and the other for payment awaiting.
- 2) Make the payment as indicated in the order; you will receive a payment confirmation email and one to download your product at the address you provided during registration.
DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM
- 3) Open the last email received ("product available for download") and click on the program name (link) to download the product and save it to your computer or server.
INSTALL THE PROGRAM

- 4) Double click to extract the application and a second double click to launch the application.
- 5) The application will show you an activation code; write down the code (for example, by "copying and pasting") and send it to the email address indicated in the same form by clicking on "Mail"; if you prefer, you can complete the installation process and then send the code to advisor@solver.store.
- 6) Continue the installation process; the procedure will allow you, if you want, to choose the folder where to save the program and create a shortcut on your desktop; remember to note the name of the folder where you saved the program.
LAUNCH THE PROGRAM

- 7) Open the folder where you saved the program and launch the application; alternatively, use the shortcut to launch the application.
- 8) Double-click the program icon; a window will open (see below) where you need to enter the name of your organization, its logo in .bmp format (optional), your first and last name, and the activation code you will have received at the address provided during registration.
- 9) Once you have entered the data, the program will start automatically and you can use it without restrictions.
- Depending on the product purchased, the installation phase may be somewhat different from what is stated above; do not hesitate to request our assistance by sending an email to orders@solver.store!
