Software CARE

CARE is a software designed by auditors and consultants to support companies in creating sustainability reports and an ISO 26000 system.

The ISO 26000 standard is the most widely recognised international standard on corporate social responsibility (CSR). Those who want to develop a CSR management system can rely on this template, which can be used in association with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, which are a fundamental reference for drawing up a sustainability report.

This program allows you to establish which core subjects and aspects of the ISO 26000 standard to develop, which GRI indicators to use for each core subject, how to manage data collection, and how to process the collected data to draw up a sustainability report.

Based on the experience of the consultants who oversaw its development, the program indicates which GRI standards to use for the various core subjects and provides the related guidelines and recommendations. Our podcast by qualified auditors provides tips on how to interpret the requirements and instructions for collecting the data for calculating the standard.

CARE allows you to:

• set quantitative or qualitative social responsibility goals for each GRI standard
• identify the subject of the data required for calculating the indicator
• define the data collection deadline
• control the progress through a notification system to ensure that the timeline is met

CARE is versatile and easy to use, which makes it particularly suitable for small organisations, as it allows them to enjoy value-added consultancy (advice on which GRI to use, explanation of their meaning, support tools, etc.). But it’s also perfect for complex organisations, as it makes it possible to create one sustainability report for companies with up to 6 sites.

Data collection is often a complicated process because it involves many players. But now you can standardise it, using our COLLECT software, which makes it easier to enter data, allowing you to upload them automatically to CARE.

Based on the chosen indicators and collected data, the program automatically creates the sustainability report with all the elements required for its publication. However, every organisation should further develop this report to ensure it meets the requirements of its business environment and is consistent with its policy and goals.

This program allows you to display data using graphs and charts (core subjects, GRIs, etc.), which you can extract for further analyses.

We strongly suggest to buy also the yearly subsription to be sure to have the last version of the software including the new GRI and ISO standards.
