The Solver.store platform is provided by Solver Enterprise solutions, a company based in Switzerland. Solver is the company that owns the platform, including the Data Management algorithms and the other "Easy" support platforms.

For each country, a licensee company is in charge of commercial relations with all the Beneficiaries (Users, Customers, Business Managers, etc.) and Specialists (Partners, Consulting Firms, software manufacturers, freelance consultants, independent software developers, other companies providing services to companies, etc.) as well as local Content Management.

The Solver Group is active in the business services market throughout Europe. The Group has its head office in Switzerland (Sion, with branch office in Lugano), subsidiaries in Italy and France and permanent establishments in Austria, Germany and Canada. Drawing on its commercial network it has also established a series of agreements with freelance professionals and third-party companies in other countries, including Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Great Britain, Poland and Senegal.
