The audit will be carried out in the following stages:

1)      Analysis of the main documents you have provided (organisational chart, procedures, specifications, authorisations, description of processes and activities, etc.), on-site or remotely;

2)      Site visit (installations, production equipment, technical facilities, workplace organisation, etc.), interviews with managers and employees;

3)      Preparation of the report (site inventory) detailing the context, results, any breaches of compliance obligations, strengths and weaknesses, proposals for corrective measures;

4)      Presentation of the report to the Management.

The report will give a detailed and precise explanation of the observations and conclusions according to the opinion of the Consultant, highlighting the challenges and risks connected with known situations. In particular, all cases of regulatory non-compliance will be highlighted, as well as the way in which compliance may be achieved.

Of course, we will consult your contact person to agree on the approach to follow as well as the scope and limits of the audit according to your detailed requirements.

The conclusions of the mentioned reports are not binding on the Consultant nor representative except in the case of serious professional misconduct, since, by its very definition, the audit is conducted by means of sampling. However, we pledge to provide you with the necessary elements to give an opinion on your legal compliance status and to support you in a compliance approach, if applicable. As regards the legal compliance audit, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that the auditor may not be able to ensure a successful outcome of the audit should there be insufficient accurate data available or a lack of information provided during the visit and interviews.
