ISO 9001 maintenance by Gopackage software

The maintainance of the ISO 9001 certification is subject to a periodical surveillance visit performed by the external certification body.

It is required to give the demonstration that all the requirements are fully applied over the years by specific evidences, records and interview with the employees.

The QMS based on the software “GoPackage” assures the fulfilment of the ISO requirements. The maintain of the certification is subject nevertheless to the demonstration by specific evidences that all the requirements are fully applied over the years.

The compliance of the QMS requires therefore the following actions:

1) To update data and information as a result of the current activities; this means to enter relevant data in the following programs of GoPackage suite:

1. Board
2. Solvo
3. CRM
4. Diary
5. Buy
   
   

2) To review the contents already entered in the following programs:

1. Crisk-op
2. Process Creator
3. People
4. Skills

3) To perform an internal audit
4) To establish the action plans necessary to obtain the yearly goals mentioned in Board
5) To review annually the adequacy of the QMS according to the ISO 9001 requirement “Management review” by the program WizardPrinter.

 This article includes:

- tutoring of Quality Manager during the duration of the contract by remote support to the definition, implementation and verification of targets and improvement programs, analysis of issues of the previous certification audit, updating of QMS documentation,management review, etc. if required
- drawing up of the Audit program and Audit plans according to the internal involved Fonctions
- internal audit focused on the ISO 9001 requirements (max 3 days on site)
- Audit Report including the scope, the evidences, the issues, the results (major nonconformity, minor nonconformity, opportunity for improvement) and the corrective action proposal in case of nonconformity
- Assistence with certification body (except the participation to the external audit)
- Remote support until the certification body audit included the assistance to define the corrective action required if any
- the travelling costs in Switzerland.

The duration is limited to 3 days on site max. Tasks will be agreed in detail with the relevant internal Fonction on the basis of a Planning of the works suggeste by our Advisor. The remote support solutions will be preferred as far as possible without prejudice to the effectiveness of the tasks performed.

This article DO NOT include:
- the participation of the external audit
- the costs from Swizerland to any site abroad
