QSHE Advisory package - Mini

A support on a lump-sum basis which guarantees the fulfilment of QSHE requirements by a close cooperation with the management, the preparation of all necessary documents, the implementation of the improvement actions and their monitoring, a regular and on-request presence. The following activities will be carried out:

a)    Updating of documents : our Advisors will analyze the existing documents with the aim of updating them and to provide a final version of the whole set of documents fully comply with the safety legal requirements.

b)   Planning and execution of internal audit on QSHE matters including the monitoring of the implementation of the corrective actions (“improvement action plans”)

c)   Remote advice and support to the management and employees during the whole duration of the project.

The audit will be performed using an electronic check list specifically fitted to your industry. The audit duration will be 1,5 mandays, 1 of which onsite; the audit also will include the preparation of the a reports according to the ISO requirements, if any, including the proposal of corrective actions and improvement plans.

We will support your management in the proposal of corrective action resulting from the internal audit, if any; furthermore, we are at your disposal to identify specific improvement actions. The full remote availability by phone or email is also included.

Our Advisor are qualified as "third part auditor" by the most important international certification body.

This article includes:

- tutoring of H&S Manager during the duration of the contract by remote support
- updating of documents required by the law about H&S matters
- drawing up of the Audit program and Audit plans according to the internal involved Fonctions
- internal audit focused on H&S requirements (max 3 days on site)
- Audit Report including the scope, the evidences, the issues, the results (major nonconformity, minor nonconformity, opportunity for improvement) and the corrective action proposal in case of nonconformity
- Remote support
- the travelling costs in Switzerland.

The duration is limited to 4 days on site max. Tasks will be agreed in detail with the relevant internal fonction on the basis of a planning of the works suggested by our Advisor. The remote support solutions will be preferred as far as possible without prejudice to the effectiveness of the tasks performed.

- any task relating to an ISO 45001 audit
- the costs from Swizerland to any site abroad
