Wir bieten pauschalen Support, um eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, die Entwicklung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und eine ständige Anwesenheit auf Anfrage gewährleisten zu können. Inbegriffen sind unter anderem folgende Aktivitäten:

• Aktualisierung der Systemdokumente
• Planung und Umsetzung von internen Audits
• Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung des Verbesserungsplans
• Unterstützung bei der gesetzlichen Überwachung und Evaluierung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
• Begleitung innerhalb der Programmverbesserung
• Beratung und Unterstützung des Managements und der Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich Qualität, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, Umwelt

We will support your management in all tasks regarding health & safety, including the implementation of corrective action resulting from the internal audit. This task will be essentially performed by preparing the proper documents (forms, etc.) in order to demonstrate the fully implementation of the safety requirements especially regarding the production processes on-site. Furthermore, we are at your disposal to identify specifically improvement actions (i.e. training and sensibilization of the personnel, relationships with external contractor, etc.). The full remote availability by phone or email and the participation to two half-year meeting onsite are also included.

Our Advisor are qualified as "third part auditor" by the most important international certification body.

This article includes:

- tutoring of H&S Manager during the duration of the contract by remote support
- updating of documents required by the law about H&S matters
- drawing up of the Audit program and Audit plans according to the internal involved Fonctions
- internal audit focused on H&S requirements (max 3 days on site)
- Audit Report including the scope, the evidences, the issues, the results (major nonconformity, minor nonconformity, opportunity for improvement) and the corrective action proposal in case of nonconformity
- Remote support
- the travelling costs in Switzerland.

The duration is limited to 4 days on site max. Tasks will be agreed in detail with the relevant internal fonction on the basis of a planning of the works suggested by our Advisor. The remote support solutions will be preferred as far as possible without prejudice to the effectiveness of the tasks performed.

This article DO NOT include:
- any task relating to an ISO 45001 audit
- the costs from Swizerland to any site abroad
