A process re-engineering consists of the design, implementation and management of business processes across the company.
Business process re-engineering (BPR) is a practice of rethinking and redesigning the way work is done to avoid gaps in the flow of the process, eliminate weakness, identifiy and improve critical path and milestones, generally improve the functional organization's tasks and reduce costs.
Organizations can re-engineer every area of their businesses but usually it is better to focus on operational processes by enhancing data dissemination and decision-making processes.
Our consultants starts with a gap analysis of the organization, with a particular focus on organization's mission, strategic goals, and customer needs.
On the basis of the results of the gap analysis a specific deep assessement will be done to determine the specific goals of the project (which processes, which departments, etc.) in function of the weakness and the opportunities of improvement.
